Therapists
Shrinkhla Sahai

Shrinkhla Sahai is a psychotherapist and has been working as a mental health advocate since 2015. She is trained in clinical psychology and certified in queer affirmative counselling, trauma-informed care, somatic work, couples therapy and therapeutic movement. Shrinkhla is not a conventionally routed therapist. In her earlier avatar she has been a television and radio host, arts/culture scholar, academic and educator (since 2005). She combines her experience in liberal arts and critical theory with her training in psychology to work through an intersectional lens grounded in humanistic values and neurodiversity-affirmative approach. She believes that transformation happens through empathetic conversation and values consistent inner work as an important part of a therapist’s training.

Nimita Gupta
Nimita Gupta

Nimita Gupta is a Counselling Psychologist and facilitator. A gold medalist in psychology, she has gone through rigorous internship training in hospitals and NGOs and has a deep understanding of the on-ground application of psychology in actual settings. She has 5+ years of experience in the field of counselling and follows different therapeutic approaches including behaviour modification, client-centric approach, cognitive behavioural therapy, holistic approach, etc. She strongly believes in the concept of self-love and acceptance and considers counselling approaches as tools to dislodge mental health stigma and support every living being in finding their ‘happy place’ in the world. She loves to write articles, and enjoys dancing, listening to music, playing badminton and board games, and cooking with her family.

She specialises in cognitive psychotherapeutic modalities apart from following a humanistic, client c entered and intersectional lens. She has worked as therapist in NGOs and has experience in working with different disorders.

Aparna Biju

Aparna Biju is a Counselling Psychologist who aims to provide a safe space to clients to help them express and accept their vulnerabilities. She has experience in working with clients dealing with different psychological disorders. She believes that by helping the client identify their strengths and building resilience, both their short term and long term goals can be achieved. Aparna uses an eclectic approach in therapy to tend to the overall growth of the individual. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, doodling and all forms of interactions with nature.
