"Mine was a happy family – an extremely romantic and loving husband, a super achiever, adorable two kids – a daughter and a son. It was a complete family. This is what the world saw in photos, on social media, and during outings. What no one knew what battles one was fighting within. That night we all celebrated my birthday. A Suicide Prevention First Aid workshop is a training program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to provide assistance and support to someone experiencing suicidal thoughts or behaviours. Our specially-designed Suicide prevention Training program has been running since 2023 and till date we have trained 500+ Suicide Prevention First Aiders and have worked with diverse groups and demographics including specialized workshops for the Indian Army, school teachers and medical students!
