Swayam Foundation is a registered non-government non-profit organisation based in
Delhi-NCR, India. Established in 2015, Swayam Foundation seeks to enable individuals
to think, question and reformulate ideas about the self or ‘swayam’, in the effort to build a culture of care and wellness. The foundation works in the area of mental health, offering affordable therapy and counselling, providing support to caregivers of PMIs (persons with mental illness) and facilitating various support groups.
